- How can I place my order?

- How will my order be delivered to me?
Your order would be delivered through reputed courier companies at your doorstep
- How will I know if order is placed successfully?
Once your Order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation over email and text message from etashee.com. This mail will have all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed at My Account -> My Orders, if you have placed the order through your log in id.
- Do you take orders over phone?
Yes. We do take orders over phone. You may contact us on +91 8826359011 to book your order on COD mode.
- I tried placing order using my credit card but it isn't working. Can you help me place an order?
Yes if your debit/credit card isn't working we can always take your order over phone. Do call us on +91 8826359011.
- I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from the card?
Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details. If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 3-7 days of your request. Receipt of the refund would however depend on the mode of payment mode chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:
Net Banking 5-7 business days
Debit Card 5-7 business days
Credit Card 7-21 business days - Can I cancel my order?
After placing an order on Etashee, if you wish to cancel the order, please email us at care@etashee.com or call us at +91 8826359011 with the order details. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount. Once the order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
- I got a confirmation call for my order. Why is that?
You receive a confirmation call for your order to verify if there isn't any change with your order.
- I am placing an order as a gift to my loved one. Will she receive the price tags and invoice?
Yes. Because of the prevalent regulations we send the invoice along with the product. Tags are also left intact so that a product can be returned if your loved one faces any problem with it.
- How do I do a trial of the product I purchased?
We encourage you try the items you bought, however please ensure the product is left in a re-saleable condition after the trial with original tags, unwashed, undamaged and with the original packing.
- Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?
Unfortunately no, however you can simply place another order.
Payments
- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, Credit Cards and Debit Cards and Net banking. We also accept payment via "Cash on Delivery" at the time of the delivery of the product.
- Is it safe to shop online using my Debit card or Credit Card?
All Credit Card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. So no worries here!
- Is there a purchase limit for Cash On Delivery purchase?
No, there is no limit for Cash On Delivery purchase.
- Are there any hidden charges?
There are absolutely no hidden charges. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.
- What should I do if my payment fails?
In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring:
Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details; billing address, password (for net banking) Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days.
- Why isn't COD available to me?
Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not offered by our Courier partners at few serviceable locations. Hence, based on your location COD option may not be available to you. However, you can always opt for payment through Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card.
We also restrict Cash on Delivery facility for certain customers based on our long-term experience. To know more, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
Vouchers
- What is a promo voucher?
To give you the best deals around, we occasionally issue promo vouchers. It is a simple code which can be applied to get discounts in the shopping cart.
- What is the minimum order value for application of promo vouchers?
Different promo vouchers are applicable on different minimum order value. In order to know the minimum order value please check the email or voucher card you received.
- What products can I purchase with the promo vouchers?
To give you the best deals around, we issue some special vouchers which would be applicable on one or more categories. The terms & conditions would be specified on the voucher itself.
- Can I use a voucher more than once?
Generally, vouchers can be used only once but then special vouchers issued can be used more than once.
- Is there validity date for promo voucher?
Every voucher has its validity date which would be mentioned in the email or the voucher card that you received.
- How do I use a promo voucher?
Select the products you want to shop and add to your cart. Paste the voucher code in the 'Promo Code' box and click on 'Apply' button. Now check the Final Order Amount!
- Why doesn't my promo voucher work?
Please check if your order value is more than minimum order value stipulated for the voucher. Please check that the code you are using is still valid and not out of date. The validity would be mentioned in the email you received. Please also check if the voucher is especially meant for application on a particular category.
- I tried everything still voucher doesn't seem to work.

- Is my Promo voucher amount refundable?
Unfortunately not. Promo voucher amount can neither be refunded nor encashed.
Cashee Points
- What are Cashee Points?
When you return products, we credit the amount of your order/product value to your account as Cashee Points.
- What can I buy using my Cashee Points?
You can buy anything from Etashee.com
- How do I access my Cashee Points?
Log into your account using your ID and password, and go to ‘Cashee Points’.
- Can I pay a part of my order value using Cashee Points and remaining using Credit Card/ COD?
Sure. If you choose to pay for your purchase using Cashee Points, you will see an option to pay using your Cashee Points, and an option to choose another mode of payment for the balance amount. Amount in Cashee Points cannot be broken into parts unless the order value is lesser than the amount available in Cashee Points. For example,
If your order value is Rs.1000 and amount available in Cashee Points is Rs.2000, you can choose to pay for your order entirely with Cashee Points.
If your order value is Rs.2000 and amount available in Cashee Points is Rs.1000, entire store credit will be applied to your order and you will have an option to pay the remaining with credit/debit card, net banking or COD.

- How do I sell on Etashee?
To create a listing, click on the "sell" button, take photos of the item you wish to sell, fill in the required information (description, price, size etc) and yohoo - you've made a listing!
Please remember to only list items that fall within our selling guidelines and to accurately describe your item!
- What will help my listing sell faster?
Sell your items quickly by following these helpful tips:
(i) Use great lighting when taking pictures! Buyers want to clearly see the item. (ii) Carefully review your item while listing and mention any damage, excessive wear, or stains. (iii) Write a thorough description for your listing by including the item's condition, color, size, material, measurements. - What are the ways to sell on Etashee?
We've got two options of selling for you:
(i) Concierge SellingUnder this type, we take care of selling your item – we write a professional description, take high-quality photos and take care of the shipment. Your items will be kept by us until they are sold. A chance of your product getting sold is more than direct selling. 30% Commission retained only when product is sold.
(ii) Direct SellingYou take care of everything- You can also sell your items on your own. In this case you have to upload photos and write a description yourself to list your item online. After your item is sold, you will deliver your sold product to buyer’s place via courier or you can avail Etashee services (chargeable). 10% Commission retained only when product is sold.
- What can I sell?
Etashee is a marketplace for women's fashion and accessories. Please refrain from listing items that do not fall into this category. Such listings clutter the marketplace and make shopping for fashion more difficult and less enjoyable for others. Pre-owned items can be listed on Etashee if they are clean and in good condition. All items must be clearly and accurately represented.
Etashee prohibits the sale of replicas or fakes. Please join us in respecting and celebrating the intellectual property and creativity of today's fashion designers. Members who buy, list, or otherwise attempt to sell replicas or fakes risk immediate and permanent suspension from Etashee. Note- using a brand name to falsely describe or promote an item violates trademark law, even if the item is not explicitly "counterfeit".
We do not condone the buying or selling of electronics, books, dvds, home goods, used makeup, used underwear, and any health and wellness products. Any listings in these categories will not be accepted.
If we feel that your listing violates these guidelines in any way, we reserve the right to remove it and may take other actions, including restricting your future buying and selling privileges on Etashee.
- Who decides the price of the products?
As a seller, you will set the price of your products. Or we are always ready to help if you need any suggestion in pricing.
- Will I get charged for listing products on Etashee?
No. Listing of products on Etashee.com is absolutely free. Etashee does not charge anything for listing your catalogue online. You only pay a small commission for what you sell.
- Who takes care of the delivery of my products?
You can courier your sold product yourself to the buyers place or you can avail Etashee service in which our logistics partner will pick up the product from you and deliver it to the customer. All you need to do is keep it packed and ready for dispatch.
- How and when do I get paid?
All payments are made through NEFT transactions (online banking). The payment is made directly to your bank account after 3 days of dispatching an order. Or we can put money in your Cashee wallet which you can for future purchase.
- Can I remove my item from listing and how can I do that?
Yes you can remove your items from listing. Go to my accounts and click on delist to remove your item.
